In my confidential, safe office, adults, adolescents, children and families learn to make changes. I also now offer telepsychology sessions using a HIPAA- compliant platform called doxy.me. Most insurance companies have agreed to provide coverage for telepsychology services. We identify the focus of intervention clearly. My 20 plus years of experience have taught me about the courage those facing complex life difficulties bring to psychotherapy. Adults, adolescents and children receive support in finding solutions for these difficulties.

Mindfulness techniques which I have discovered the value of through a 25+ year meditation practice are also of great benefit to clients who want to make life changes.
Anxiety reduction, depression, trauma, school difficulties, divorce, parent-child conflict, loss, EMDR interventions, for children, adolescents and adults are specialties. I have an extensive developmental psychology background. Adults, children, adolescents and their parents receive competency-based, thoughtful, current diagnostic evaluation and best practice- based therapy.
My community based, confidential psychology practice is based on my extensive experience and knowledge. There are many ways to help people change and I use a wide array, including EMDR, mindfulness-based relational techniques, cognitive-behavioral treatment, DBT and play therapy.
