Mindfulness techniques which I have discovered the value of through a 25+ year meditation practice are also of great benefit to clients who want to make life changes.
Depression, anxiety, ADHD questions and answers, trauma, school difficulties, divorce, parent-child conflict, loss, EMDR interventions, for children, adolescents and adults are specialties. I have an extensive developmental psychology background. Adults, children, adolescents and their parents receive competency-based, thoughtful, current diagnostic evaluation and best practice- based therapy.
My community based, confidential psychology practice is based on my extensive experience and knowledge. There are many ways to help people change and I use a wide array, including EMDR, mindfulness-based relational techniques, cognitive-behavioral treatment, DBT and play therapy.
